Outsourcing Digitization

Digitization: we all know it’s the one way to improve preservation and access to collections and bring our institutions into the 21^st century, but it is a daunting task. Choices need to be made on what to digitize, how to digitize, where to host the digital records, and how to ensure those records are maintained and preserved.
